Via Pola named a finalist in the 20th annual Young Gun of Wine Awards
We’re very happy to share that Via Pola Wines has been named a finalist in the 20th annual Young Gun of Wine Awards, with our winemaker and founder, Peter Valeri, recognised among the Top 50 young wine labels and winemakers across Australia.
This marks the second year in a row that Via Pola has been included in the Young Gun of Wine Top 50 — something we’re incredibly grateful for.
The Young Gun of Wine Awards celebrate the people helping shape the future of Australian wine: makers with fresh ideas, a strong sense of place, and a commitment to doing things with care and purpose. To be listed alongside so many thoughtful and talented producers from across the country is a real honour.
For us, Via Pola has always been about more than wine alone. It’s about family, farming, heritage, and the Riverina — a place that has shaped who we are and how we make wine. Our wines are inspired by Italian varieties, Australian-grown fruit, and the simple joy of sharing a bottle around the table.
