Shipping policy
Our delivery turnaround time typically ranges from 3 days to 10 business days depending on your location. We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship the same day or the following day from when we receive your order.
When we finalise and ship your order you will receive an email and/or text with your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can log on to the courier’s website to get an estimated date of delivery. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, please be aware that all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
When ordering multiple cases, it is not uncommon for Australia Post to split the cases in transit which means cases might be delivered separately. You can check your tracking information for updates on the status of your delivery.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.
If delivery is to a business address, please specify the company name.
You can specify delivery instructions in the delivery notes field during the checkout process. We will apply your instructions to the address label. Please note we cannot take responsibility if the instructions are not correctly followed by the courier during delivery but we will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
Please do not direct us to leave your wine somewhere unless the area where it will be left is secure and will not expose the bottles to excessive heat or direct sunlight as these two factors have the potential to compromise the quality of the wine.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Via Pola Wines if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
If an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
